Fundraising is a critical aspect of keeping all community based clubs operational. WGJFC aims to provide the best equipment and facilities possible for our players, parents and coaches to utilise. Jumpers, balls, medical supplies and other equipment need to be replaced each year and this is where the bulk of the money raised by events such as the Race Night and Club Raffle goes. The first fundraising event for the club for the upcoming season (season opener is 29th April 2012), is sure to be a great one for the club. Bunnings Balcatta is hot dog heaven and on Boxing Day this year, we have secured the opportunity to fundraise on one of their busiest days of the year. We have the sausages, rolls, onions, drinks, radio/tv for the cricket and the difficult to fit rubber gloves - all we need now is VOLUNTEERS!
